Unit / Group Booking

It’s that time of the year again and we are now taking bookings for Ventact 2008. This year it is very important that you book in your Group / Unit as soon as possible to avoid problems with activities at a later stage.

This year the cost is 50 Euro per person attending for entry forms received by July 31st and 55 Euro per person attending for entry forms received after July 31st. This does not include transport to the campsite or the cost of any food.

Activity places will only be booked for those who pay a 30 Euro non refundable deposit by the closing date of 31st July 2008. Leaders attending but not taking part in Saturday activities are charged a site fee of 10 Euro

The closing date for all entry forms is the 31st of July 2008. This is to ensure that we have enough activities for all attending. Places are limited this year so get your bookings in on time. Remember activity places will only be booked for those who include the non refundable deposit (30 Euro) with the booking form.

Remember Ventact South is an Alcohol Free Weekend and we expect all on site to adhere to this at all times. We encourage you to talk to your Group about this before they attend the weekend.
